Hina Rabbani Khar was born in 1977 in Multan. She is a member of Parliament and belogns to PPP, constituency of Muzaffargarh, Punjab. She is a daughter of Ghulam Noor Rabbani Khar and niece of Ghulam Mustafa Khar, two big names in Pakistani politics.
She got her B.Sc. Degree from Lahore University and went for MBA in 2001 to University of Massachusetts. She was a minister for economic affairs from 2003-2007 as a member of PML-Q. In 2008, she was elected in National Assembly at the ticket of PPP.
She served as a special assistant on economic affaris to PM Gillani and was a first woman who presented budget speech in national assembly on 13 June, 2009.
Now she has been elected as a first Foreign Minister of Pakistan after the removal of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
