Meera was born in Haroonabad(dist) Bahawalnagar (division) Bahawalnagar. She is grand daughter of Manzoor Shah. Her mother's name is Shafqat. She three siblings – two brother and one sister out of which one brother expired. Her parents are divorced. Her mother got remarried and now lives in Gujrawala.
