In an interview former secretary homeland security Michael Chertoff talks about the security issues facing the US. He speaks about the new security measures taken after the failed attempt to blow up an airliner at Christmas day. He says the introduction of new screening systems at the airports are necessary for the security of all the passengers. He says during his tenure the administration did receive information about training camps in the NWFP where westerners were trained in terrorism and sent back to their home countries. He also speaks about the issue of homegrown terrorists and describes Najeebullah Zazi and Forthood incident as examples of this trend which he says is becoming visible.
